RELEASE, IMDENIFICATION, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By submitting this volunteer application online form I accept the terms of this waiver and fully understand that participating in the Water For The World Run within the cities of Johns Creek and Roswell, Georgia (hereinafter "activity") exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death and/or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and agree to assume any such risks. I hereby release the cities of Johns Creek and Roswell, Georgia, Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church, adn Marathon Majic, including all of its officials, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, costs, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, whether known, unknown, present or future (hereinafter "Claims"), arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the activity, including Claims arising out of the active or passive negligence of the cities of Johns Creek and Roswell, Georgia, or any other participants in the event. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this activity, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall hold harmless and indemnify the cities of Johns Creek and Roswell, Georgia, Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church, and Marathon Majic, including all of its officials, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, costs, demands, causes of action or suits (including reasonable attorney´s fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in this activity. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, IMDEMNIFICATION, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SUBMIT IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.
